The National Healthcare Safety Network, or NHSN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/deepdive.tips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Daniel-Pollock.png\" alt=\"Daniel Pollock\" class=\"wp-image-509\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the spring of 2020, he served in CDC&#8217;s COVID-19 emergency response as\nDeputy Incident Manager for data and surveillance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the first of a two-part discussion with Daniel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this
